For today’s taco special, Andy marinated shrimp in a delicious combination of Olive Oil, Cilantro, and Green Onions.

After smoking and chilling those shrimp, we are serving them on top of a bed of Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw topped with a Cajun Remoulade Sauce, White Onions, Fresh Cilantro, and a Lime Wedge.
