Today’s special is something we started playing around with on Saturday. It got such a positive response that I felt we needed to change up our plans and get it on the schedule as soon as possible.
Everyone loves a classic grilled cheese sandwich, and with our delicious Mancini’s Italian bread, we have the ability to make a pretty good one here. For me, I like to stuff it with a combination of American and provolone cheese. Add in my house-smoked pulled pork and you have our newest specialty sandwich.
