I was up for most of the night thinking about the upcoming specials. I also spent some time thinking about all of the great ones we have done over the past few months. Then I dove deeper and thought about some of the duds.
And after all of that thinking, I came to the conclusion that rotating our specials every single day might be a bit too much. Because the Smoked Pork Grilled Cheese last week was amazing, but most people didn’t get the chance to try it because of all the snow we got that day.
So with that in mind, the Smoked Pork Grilled Cheese is back today, and we are going to be running Smoked Meat Grilled Cheeses every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday for the rest of January.
This delicious sandwich starts with two thick pieces of Mancini’s Italian bread basted with the warm butter from our butter garlic sauce. Then we pack the middle with my Smoked Pulled Pork and way too much American and provolone cheese. Yum!
