We have come up with a ton of really interesting ways to incorporate pulled pork into different specials over the past few weeks, and this is probably one of the most creative. I’d like to say that we came up with it just because Philadelphia won the Super Bowl, but it’s been on our list for about a month, so that’s just not the case.
This hefty sandwich starts with our house-smoked pork tossed with grilled peppers and onions and covered with white American cheese. Then we serve it up on a fresh Cellone bun and top it off with lettuce and tomato.
