Since our Brisket Lettuce Wraps were so popular on Saturday, I decided to change up my schedule and run the same special today with our delicious house-smoked chicken.
We are taking that house-smoked chicken and wrapping it up with these great romaine lettuce shells. Then we are topping it off with an Asian coleslaw and serving it up with three dipping sauces.
Just like on Saturday, we have a red Sweet Chili Sauce, a brown Peanut Butter Sauce, and a green Cilantro Sauce.
