We have decided that January is Smoked Meat Grilled Cheese Month here at Bowser’s Restaurant, and today that means we are serving up a Smoked Chicken Grilled Cheese!
This bad boy starts with two big slices of Mancini’s Italian Bread that are basted in garlic butter. Then we will them up with our house-smoked and shredded chicken thighs, provolone cheese, and American cheese. Yum!
We also have a new addition to our BBQ sauce menu today: Princess Peach Sauce! This one is mostly a sweet fruit sauce, but it does have just a bit of a kick to it! And it tastes fantastic on our Smoked Chicken French Fries!
