Peach & Kale Fish Tacos

One of the best ways to infuse some fresh creativity into the daily specials is to step back and let someone else take a shot at being creative. That is exactly what happened this morning when I asked Bill if he had any good ideas for the taco special.

After spinning a few concepts around, he came back with an idea using our new Princess Peach BBQ sauce and topping it off with shredded mozzarella cheese, baby kale, dices tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and a squirt of lime.

I would have never thought to break out the peach sauce today, so hats off to Bill for coming up with this one. It’s awesome. Don’t miss it.
