It might be cold outside, but our fish taco special today is going to warm you up with a little taste of the islands. And who wouldn’t want to have a little bit of the Caribbean in their lives on a day like today, right?
I started today’s tacos with our famous fried fish chunks and topped them off with shredded cheddar cheese. They I added a bit of my Smokehouse Coleslaw and a drizzle of my spicy Caribbean Jerk Sauce. Then I finished them off with a delicious combination of diced red onions, fresh cilantro, and fresh-squeezed lime juice.
