Today’s Specialty Wing Sauce combines all of the flavors from the classic General Tso’s Chicken into an interesting wing sauce!
It starts with soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and then adds a kick with a hint of Sriracha!
I wasn’t quite satisfied with it just like that, so I added some brown sugar and honey to introduce a sweet element that I felt gave the sauce a little more balance.
