Today’s special is our take on the classic Chicago-Style Italian Beef Sandwich.
We took our delicious smoked beef brisket and let it simmer all day in a pot of au jus from our house-smoked roast beef. Then we are serving that delicious beef on a fresh Mancini’s roll topped with a house-made giardiniera (pickled vegetables).
