My original plan for this Buffalo Smoked Chicken Wrap was to make my popular Spicy Garlic wing sauce and toss the chicken in it before it went into the wrap. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that people absolutely love our Buffalo Sneedwich sauce…which is why our standard Buffalo Chicken Wrap is one of the most popular items on the everyday menu.
So with that in mind, I decided to keep today’s special ultra simple and make the Buffalo SMOKED Chicken Wrap exactly the same way that we make our standard Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
That means that today’s special comes with my house-smoked chicken, and we wrap it up with our Buffalo Sneedwich sauce, as well as lettuce, tomato, and onion.
