This is the one that everyone goes wild over….the BRISKET NACHOS! It seems like we can’t go a week without someone asking why we don’t have them all the time. And we actually just might have to do that here pretty soon.
But for today, they’re just a daily special that comes with our house-smoked brisket served on tri-colored tortilla chips and topped with shredded cheese, one of our house-made BBQ sauces, house-made crema, a fresh salsa, and diced green onions.
