We had a Smoked Pork Grilled Cheese on Monday and a Smoked Chicken Grilled Cheese on Wednesday, and both were ridiculously popular. But today is the big dog in the yard: the Brisket Grilled Cheese!
We took our house-smoked beef brisket and surrounded it with slices of provolone cheese and American cheese. Then we stuffed all of that into our fresh Mancini’s Italian bread and basted the outsides with a bit of garlic butter. The result is heavenly!
We also have a fantastic new Bourbon Bacon BBQ Sauce available for all of the items on our brisket menu today. Between the brisket, the bacon, the bourbon, and the BBQ, we hit on all of the four major food groups with this one!
