Making any of my smoked meats into a cheesesteak is one of the easiest specials to throw together, but it is also one of the best tasting sandwiches we ever put together. And out of all of our meats, the brisket version is definitely the most popular.

This simple sandwich starts with our house-smoked brisket along with grilled peppers and onions. Then we top off that mixture with white American cheese and toss the bun right on top so that the cheese melts right into the bread.

Once the bun is warm, we just add shredded lettuce and tomato and this bad boy is ready to go. Feel free to add mayo, Italian Dressing or your favorite hot sauce!
