I built today’s Fish Taco Special around one thing: the fact that John George loves corn salsa. I don’t think he ever really eats fish….or BBQ sauce…or anything really. But he loves corn salsa. So we have to take care of him with some today.
For everyone else, today’s special starts with our famous fried fish chunks. Then we top them off with shredded cheddar cheese, our house-made Too Sweet BBQ Sauce, and a sweet corn salsa that I whipped up in a hurry this morning.
