For today’s fish taco special, the idea was to go back to one of the most classic recipes you will find. Some variation of a Baja Fish Taco shows up in just about every taco cookbook out there, and this has pretty much become our go-to version.
We start off with our famous fried fish chunks. Then we top them off with mozzarella cheese, fresh arugula, our house-made crema, sriracha, fresh cilantro, and a squirt of lime.
When you combine all of those flavors into one bite, what you get is a perfect balance of flavor that will keep you coming back for bite after bite until there are no tacos left!
